Kondele Mowuok- are the matatus that ply Kisumu's main town service. For retirees, this cash business can seem like a logical venture to sink years of savings upon retirement.

But lo and behold, Mr Ezra Ngoje, the chair of the County Pensioners Association says this is one of a thousand ways pensioners have been burning their savings.

In this episode of " Project Unemployment," we sit down with Mr Ngoje, who relates to us how he has watched his peers die quickly because of failing to prepare for retirement.

He leaves us with gems on how to prepare for retirement, how to avoid bad investments, and the best time to start preparing for old age.
